1. If I register but I can not attend, is there a refund policy?
- Talent Connect Plus offers support on a case-by-case basis:
- Learners may transfer their seat to someone else.
- If notice is given at least 48 hours before admission time, tuition fee can be reserved for up to 3 months.
2. What does the tuition fee include?
- The tuition fee includes:
- A full training program as the published schedule.
- Learning materials and practice exercises.
- Tea-break throughout the course.
3. Do I need to prepare any prior knowledge or materials?
- No prior specialized knowledge is required. Learners only need to bring an open mind and a willingness to engage in the experience. All learning materials and course content will be provided during the program.
4. Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
- Yes. Learners will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Talent Connect Plus.
5. Will learners have access to materials or an alumni community after the course?
- Yes. Learners will keep all course materials and exercises used during the program. Additionally, Talent Connect Plus encourages learners to join the alumni community to share experiences, continue learning and network after the course.
6. Are there group registration discounts?

7. Can I attend only a part of the course, or do I need to attend the full program?
