Ms. Ha is a business development and business transformation professional with nearly 20 years of experience across retail, e-commerce, and consumer healthcare. She has worked with multinational corporations, leading Vietnamese companies, and different business models, taking on various commercial and operational roles.

With an MBA background and deep experience in e-commerce, retail, and business transformation,  Ms.Ha combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She has led business development projects, built operating models, improved team effectiveness, and supported companies in shifting from traditional models toward more agile, data-driven, and customer-centric growth.

As Business Development Director at Talent Connect Plus, she focuses on building corporate partnerships, understanding leadership development needs, and designing learning solutions that fit each company’s real business context. She believes that effective training must be practical, applicable, and able to create real value for each organization. This is also the difference that Talent Connect Plus aims to deliver. For Ms. Ha, continuous learning and development is not only a personal philosophy, but also a foundation for people and businesses to transform and grow together sustainably.

Mr. Michael is a Global Strategy Consultant with more than 30 years of experience shaping strategies for over 40 major corporations and 90+ SMEs and startups worldwide. As the Founder and Director of WinSolutions, he developed a specialized consulting model centered around five core pillars: Strategy, Operational Management, Leadership, Customer Care, and Communication, delivering comprehensive and practical business solutions tailored to each organization.

His professional journey spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and private equity investment, with extensive experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and international markets.

Before founding WinSolutions, Mr. Michael served as Director at Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA, now EQT BPEA), where he led due diligence and business valuation initiatives in the education sector, assessed business models and market demands, and provided strategic direction for academic governance. He also held a leadership role at the UAE Ministry of Education, where he developed accreditation and professional certification plans for Master’s and Bachelor’s degree programs, while integrating e-learning and adaptive learning solutions into curriculum design.

In addition, Mr.Michael is recognized as a consultant with strong analytical thinking and a proven ability to create sustainable value for businesses. He believes that true growth comes from aligning strategy with operations, people, and organizational culture. This philosophy has shaped the way he partners with clients, ranging from multinational corporations such as Whirlpool, Philips, and Nestlé to pioneering local brands including VinGroup, Vinmec, and Dat Bike.

As CEO of Orange Marketing Agency, Ms. Hoai An focuses on consulting brand strategy to help businesses achieve sustainable growth. With over two decades of experience in marketing and advertising, she has built deep expertise across multiple industries such as FMCG, telecommunications, technology and F&B services. Her strength is integrate global management practices with local market insights, helping businesses to position market, optimize go-to-market strategies, strengthen brand equity and design Route-to-Market that ensures a balance between short-term performance and long-term strategic goals.

Before leading Orange, she held various senior management positions in marketing at both multinational corporations and leading domestic enterprises such as Unilever, Samsung, Shell, Microsoft, MoMo, PepsiCo, Masan and Dentsu Group.

Ms. Hoai An holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is deeply commited to research, consulting and partnering with business on their journeys to build sustainable brands, enhance competitiveness, foster meaningful connections with customers and communities.

After joining NCTT Nielsen in 2003, Mr. Thien quickly achieved significant success and became the first Vietnamese Deputy General Director in the Retail Measurement Services division at the company. In 2011, he founded and led GCOMM, which has become one of the leading local market research firms, providing services to numerous partners including Unilever, Masan, Samsung, Citibank, Sungroup, Lazada, AkzoNobel, etc.

In addition to his main role in data consulting and market research, Mr. Thien also dedicates time to teaching at universities such as VNUK in Da Nang and corporate partners such as Dai-Ichi, Nestlé, Heineken, etc. With a strong passion for education and an extensive network, he also serves as the host of A Cup of Leadership – the podcast series created by Talent Connect Plus.

Being Director of Talent Development, Ms. Thi contributes to shaping applied leadership development program, while she expands the market, connects strategic partners and co-creates solutions for organizations. Getting an MBA from the University of Bolton, she has over 11 years of experience in marketing at multinational corporations from the Netherlands and France. She is also the founder and operator of her own business in project management, construction and interior design. In addition, with more than a decade of consulting experience, she has worked alongside Vietnamese enterprises in heavy industries, retail, food, real estate, and education – supporting their transformation, expansion, and successful fundraising efforts.

She is particularly passionate about developing local leadership capabilities and believes that with the right guidance and unlocked potential, businesses can achieve breakthrough growth, make a lasting impact and expand into international markets.

Ms. Pham Thanh Van is a Senior Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach with over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in human resource strategy, organizational development, and leadership capability building.

She has held various senior leadership roles in multinational corporations, educational, and non-profit organizations. Notably, as Global Director of People & Culture at the World Mosquito Program, she led the organizational transformation from a university-based initiative to an independent global entity, developing HR strategies and leadership programs in 14 countries. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Director at RMIT Vietnam and held regional leadership positions at BP Exploration and Production in the Asia–Pacific region.

As a certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and a lecturer of the IFC’s corporate governance leadership program, Ms. Thanh Van has completed advanced training in strategy and leadership at INSEAD, the University of Michigan, and Henley College.

With a “people-centric” philosophy, Ms. Thanh Van always partners with leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, aiming for resilience, transparency, and sustainability.

Ms. Nguyen Tuong Van is a Senior Human Resources Strategist and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in leading organizational management, talent development, and cultural transformation initiatives at top multinational corporations such as Unilever, L’Oréal, and Mondelez. Her career has been aligned with strategic leadership roles in building organizational capabilities, developing successor leadership teams, and navigating business transformations in highly competitive and dynamic global contexts.

At Unilever, she pioneers international HR coordination and the establishment of the Asia office. At L’Oréal Vietnam, she plays a pivotal role in transforming the operational model from a representative office into a fully scaled company. At Mondelez, she leads the establishment and development of the Employee Experience department for Southeast Asia, while partnering with the Vietnam Executive Board to implement a five-year transformation roadmap following the acquisition of Kinh Do — a benchmark case study in organizational integration and restructuring.

By a solid academic foundation, including a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne and international certifications such as MBTI Practitioner, Master Coach of Behavioral Coaching Institute and Leadership Program Facilitator of Franklin Covey, Ms. Tuong Van combines strategic thinking with deep human insight to create sustainable organizations, cohesive cultures and resilient leadership teams.

Mr. Sumeet is the Global Director of EV & Growth at Castrol – the lubricants business of BP – where he leads global strategy and growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle sector. With over 20 years of international leadership experience, Mr. Sumeet has built a diverse career spanning sales, marketing, strategy and digital innovation across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models. His professional journey includes key roles at global, regional and country levels, as well as within startups, which gives him deep insights into markets across Asia-Pacific, India and China.

Before his current role, he held several senior leadership positions at BP/Castrol, including Global Channel Marketing Director, General Director of Castrol Innoventures and Marketing Director – ASEAN. These experiences have honed his ability to drive growth and lead transformation in dynamic, competitive and complex markets.
