She is recognized for her ability to lead sustainable business growth, plan market-leading strategies, develop many brands robustly and build strong leadership teams that meet international standards.
Holding a Doctorate of Business Administration, Ms. Phuong Thuc combines a broad academic background with practical management experience in talent development. She has trained and promoted many potential employees to senior leadership roles in many domestic and foreign companies over the years.
