Ms. Pham Thanh Van is a Senior Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach with over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in human resource strategy, organizational development, and leadership capability building.
She has held various senior leadership roles in multinational corporations, educational, and non-profit organizations. Notably, as Global Director of People & Culture at the World Mosquito Program, she led the organizational transformation from a university-based initiative to an independent global entity, developing HR strategies and leadership programs in 14 countries. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Director at RMIT Vietnam and held regional leadership positions at BP Exploration and Production in the Asia–Pacific region.
As a certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and a lecturer of the IFC’s corporate governance leadership program, Ms. Thanh Van has completed advanced training in strategy and leadership at INSEAD, the University of Michigan, and Henley College.
