Being Director of Talent Development, Ms. Thi contributes to shaping applied leadership development program, while she expands the market, connects strategic partners and co-creates solutions for organizations. Getting an MBA from the University of Bolton, she has over 11 years of experience in marketing at multinational corporations from the Netherlands and France. She is also the founder and operator of her own business in project management, construction and interior design. In addition, with more than a decade of consulting experience, she has worked alongside Vietnamese enterprises in heavy industries, retail, food, real estate, and education – supporting their transformation, expansion, and successful fundraising efforts.
She is particularly passionate about developing local leadership capabilities and believes that with the right guidance and unlocked potential, businesses can achieve breakthrough growth, make a lasting impact and expand into international markets.
