After joining NCTT Nielsen in 2003, Mr. Thien quickly achieved significant success and became the first Vietnamese Deputy General Director in the Retail Measurement Services division at the company. In 2011, he founded and led GCOMM, which has become one of the leading local market research firms, providing services to numerous partners including Unilever, Masan, Samsung, Citibank, Sungroup, Lazada, AkzoNobel, etc.

In addition to his main role in data consulting and market research, Mr. Thien also dedicates time to teaching at universities such as VNUK in Da Nang and corporate partners such as Dai-Ichi, Nestlé, Heineken, etc. With a strong passion for education and an extensive network, he also serves as the host of A Cup of Leadership – the podcast series created by Talent Connect Plus.
